It has been reported that Biden would first seek to build bridges with EU leaders following years of hostility from Donald Trump, with German chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron first in line, according to the Daily Mail. If a call has taken place between either of the leaders and Biden, it has not been addressed publicly. But it appears Johnson was not snubbed after all, though it remains unclear if Britain’s exit from the European Union came up in his congratulatory phone call....

Biden will give the speech in Tulsa, Oklahoma during a visit commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Tulsa race massacre of 1921 but his remarks will not include student loan forgiveness, according to CNBC. On the campaign trail in 2020, Biden expressed support for a program that would forgive $10,000 of student loan debt for every year of national or community service, up to $50,000 but the White House has not yet published a plan....

The site’s new 2020 Election Forecast, which was released Wednesday and will be updated regularly through Election Day on November 3, shows Biden winning over Trump in 71 percent of the 40,000 simulations. The president wins in only 29 percent of the simulations. Biden, under the current forecast, is projected to win 323 electoral votes ,while Trump is projected to win just 215. The president would garner support from 46 percent of voters nationwide, compared with the 53 percent that would support his Democratic challenger....
