Federal court records show Anthony Bosch is charged with one count of conspiracy to distribute testosterone. The documents do not specify whether the charges are directly related to the Major League Baseball scandal. Court documents say that from October 2008 through December 2012, Bosch willfully conspired to distribute the anabolic steroid testosterone. Bosch surrendered Tuesday morning, and nine other people also have been arrested, said Drug Enforcement Administration spokeswoman Mia Ro....

The poll, which was conducted by Civiqs, found Biden’s approval rating at 38 percent or lower in swing states such as Arizona, Georgia, Ohio and Nevada. Brandon Rottinghaus, a political science professor at the University of Houston, told Newsweek on Monday, “Low presidential approval [numbers] make Biden a target in competitive races in these key states.” According to the poll, in Arizona, 36 percent said that they approved of Biden’s handling of the presidency and 56 percent said they disapproved....
