Him along with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods have been the most charismatic and entertaining portion of the WWE. The two-time tag team champion, Big E has also delivered memorable matches such as the ladder match at TLC.
Big E was speaking with Mlive.com to promote an upcoming live event.
On facing Brock Lesnar
When asked who he wanted to wrestle the most, Big E gave up some interesting names.
He said that he hasn’t wrestled the Big Show yet and would definitely love it. He added that Brock Lesnar is a huge name in the industry and said that if he had to wrestle one person it would be Brock Lesnar.
Big E sure looks to have the physique to deal with Brock Lesnar, but would the WWE ever book it?
On NXT Talents
Big E said that him along with Kofi and Woods have an eye on the upcoming NXT talents. He added that there are a lot of great tag teams, but the one he would pick would be the team of Enzo Amore and Big Cass.
“We are excited about giving a younger team an opportunity. There’s a lot of great teams in NXT, but if I had to pick one, I’d say Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady might be the best. I think they’d provide a different rivalry for us.”
On the New Day
Big E was asked about his NXT days and his time with the New Day. He said that his five count NXT gimmick was amazing and he went over as a babyface, but the thing he is doing right now with the New Day is the best of his career.
He added that the New Day have a lot of visibility and progression.
“I had a lot of fun doing the five count thing in NXT. It was a crowd favorite baby face role. But, what we’re doing now has been the best time of my career as far as visibility and progression and just enjoying it. I feel like we are uninhibited and having a lot of fun.”
